Steps to secure your booking. 

• Contact and confirm marae avaliablity dates with the Booking Officer,
• Fill in the Waihou marae booking form
• Pay the desposit to the nominated bank account to secure your booking.

Whānau Marae Working Bees/Cemetery Cleaning

In efforts to help keep our marae facililties, grounds, cemeteries and our churches in Waihou tidy and clean we have a monthly roster where whānau take turns to mow the lawns and do some general cleaning. This is typically done in a weekend chosen by respective whānau who will often stay at the marae overnight if needed. We ask that whānau are able to supply their own equipment and cleaning supplies to do this mahi.

• Papato, Pūreirei, Waipuna Cemeteries
• Waihou and Te Karaka churches

Please note that there will be a reshuffle to the roster below for 2025. Whānau will be notified once Trustees have decided on the best way to swap months.
