Warawara Komiti Kaitiaki  Her mahi here is crucial in supporting the implementation of the ecological plan to restore, manage and look after the Warawara for our mokopuna.

Te Komiti Wāhine


The Komiti Wāhine oversees the operational running of our marae and also lead our fundraising events. This group is generally made up those who live at home and are always looking for people to help out. If you're keen to join just let us know.

   Waihou Delegate (TROTR)


Noel TeTai is our elected marae delegate. He plays an important role advocating for Waihou as a part of Te Runanga o Te Rawara governance board.  Every month he is our eyes and ears at the TROTR hui after which he then reports back to the trustees. His reports are avalible for all uri of Waihou to access. He's known to throw in some test questions to make sure we've read his detailed reports, so kia mataara e te whānau!
